Bite Sized Learning - Broadening Perspectives & Engagement

This curated collection for a glass manufacturing company demonstrates a multi-channel learning campaign designed to connect insulated-window production teams with the bigger picture of our company’s mission, products, and impact. It includes:

Social Media Micro-Lessons
  • Bite-sized posts and short videos spotlighting product features, sustainability benefits, and real-world applications—shared via the company’s LinkedIn & Facebook platform to spark daily learning moments.

Facility Info-boards
  • Large-format, infographic-style displays placed on the shop floor. Each board blends process diagrams, product specs and “Did You Know?” insights so operators can see how their tasks feed into energy-efficiency, animal protection, climate control and customer satisfaction.

Monthly Mini-Lectures
  • 5-10-minute presentations delivered during all-hands meetings. I scripted and designed slide decks that weave in performance metrics, customer stories and behind-the-scenes R&D snapshots—giving every team member a clear line of sight from every insulated-window unit they build to its end-use in homes and businesses.

Together, these assets transformed routine production into an engaging, learner-first experience—fueling pride, sharpening skills and driving measurable improvements in quality, safety and employee retention.

Articulate Storyline Trainings

'Challenging Perspectives' This micro learning was built for the weekly leadership minute that was provided to all leadership. Created with Articulate Storyline, using text to audio

'Cardinal Explorer' This training was created to give all employees a deeper look into what the other divisions did and how they all worked together. Created with Articulate Storyline

'SME Test' The SME program was created to enhance retention and elevate skills across production. Team members can join after 6 months of employment, following steps like a proctored test, dedicated time with the QA department and practical assessment for an added pay increase. The program's success was evident in improved in-house quality and comprehensive understanding of the production process, leading to enhanced retention. Created with Articulate Storyline.
